the packaging comes in a cardboard shipping box with a pretty neat box inside. the mousepad is rolled (inside an EXTREMELY fragile bag) but it's not an issue at all

when i did my first glide on it, it didn't really feel special and it was quite slow with stock op1 skates, changing to the aeperion dot skates made it feel much faster and more controllable. despite being a balanced speed pad, it's slower than the artisan zero, at least from what i've heard since i don't own the zero. the base is insanely good and it literally has NO SLIP. when you move your mouse above the brand you can kinda feel it but it's such a small difference that it doesn't really matter. it feels completely flat and locked into the table while also being easy to move. the pad feels comfortable despite being somewhat textured especially with the dot skates and i was setting high scores left and right on many different scenario types. after about 1-2 days i got used to the pad and everything felt absolutely amazing. however not everything is perfect. i find that the stitching is EXTREMELY irritating under hot AND humid weather (35 celsius+ and 70%+ humidity) and my skin would constantly get stuck on the pad

i've seen a lot of people say that the keyboard pad doesn't fit a tkl but mine does (barely). it made my keyboard sound so much better. but it shipped with a ton of dust for some reason???

i don't really have anything to compare it to but it's much better than op1 stock skates and it's amazing on the mousepad

this is BY FAR the most DISAPPOINTING item that is included. while it did its job of eliminating the slip effectively, 30 seconds of use made my hand feel terrible. i took it off after 2 minutes. the way it is packaged is also pretty terrible as the grip tape just rolls up and get stuck.

so who is this mousepad for?

it's a really good mousepad that i would recommend to everyone EXCEPT if you live in hot and humid areas (35 celsius and 70% humidity). the value you get from it is crazy and most of the stuff is amazing
