adding decals under the decals ui

another small thing, when adding decals it's kinda hard to figure out where I can place them to match the section texts.

it really isn't impossible to get right, you just gotta tinker around for a little and it still works, but maybe there can be some form of "toggle ui" or an arrow at the bottom of the screen that hides it/makes it appear again :D
