When tracking small or thin targets, tension is getting in the way of me speed matching / following the target. Especially when a target changes direction, in my head I'll go "ok its slowing down just slowly transition into reversing the movement" and I'll try and do it and it seems impossible for me.
I noticed I've always got a decent amount of tension in my deeper forearm, near the elbow, and I can't seem to get rid of it, even if I think about letting my arm go limb whilst tracking I just can't seem to do it.
Any recommendations on how to lessen this issue? Are there good scenarios or playlists for this? It's really hindering my progression in tracking. Thanks!
