Will ram prices be dropping ?

Yes, probably next year or in two years—not back to the same levels they were at before, but a bit cheaper than they are now. However, if you urgently need to upgrade your PC, I don’t think prices will drop anytime soon, and I also don’t think they’ll fall enough to make it worth waiting. i hope this work to you :p

Prices are gonna drop 100%, but I don’t think it’ll happen before 2029–2030. Even if the Chinese come up with something new or keep building factories, it’s still gonna take a really long time.

Personally, I’m planning to start building a new PC in mid-2027, already accepting that a PC that cost my friend $3700 might end up costing me $6000 or even more. On top of that, in my country the government keeps putting more and more obstacles in regular people’s way, so prices end up even higher compared to the US, Europe or Asia.

Prices have always gone up and down. I’ll just build it at whatever the current prices are. If they drop after I buy everything, I’ll just be happy for the people who waited and can put together a PC for more reasonable money. Either way, do whatever you think is best :3
